Retrofitting

Throughout the world the pollution norms are becoming more and more stringent for minimising the hazards induced by particulate air pollutants. It therefore calls for retrofitting existing pollution control devices installed by the user. We specialise in offering optimum solution to meet the revised emission norms using existing space/ device to the maximum possible extent with minimum investment. In the process we also try to improve efficiency of the device to the best possible extent.

Condition Analysis

The existing condition of the installed devices can be assessed by our expert engineers in the field by adopting various techniques. The aim is to offer solution for running the plant with ease, meeting prevailing regulations and economic operation.

Supervision

We have dedicated team to supervise erection, commissioning and testing of all Gas Cleaning Devices; we also undertake Annual Maintenance Contract for Supervision (Electrical and Mechanical) of such devices at site.

GD Testing

The basic assumption in designing an Electro Static Precipitator (ESP) is that the gas passes thru the device in a uniformly distributed manner. This can be ensured by Gas Distribution Test while commissioning; our expert tem can conduct the same with portable instruments at site.

Inspection

We have wide experience in inspecting all Mechanical and Electrical components / devices related to our field. We carry out third party inspection based on mutually agreed Quality Assurance Plan and also follow up progress at manufacturers’ premises with stage inspection.
