Dust Extraction System
Dust Extraction system are used in many processes to either recover valuable granular solid or powder from process streams, or to remove granular solid pollutants from exhaust gases prior to venting to the atmosphere. Dust Extraction System is an online process for collecting any process-generated dust from the source point on a continuous basis. Dust collectors may be of single unit construction, or a collection of devices used to separate particulate matter from the process air. They are often used as an air pollution control device to maintain or improve air quality.

CYCLONIC SEPARATOR / MULTI CYCLONE
A high speed rotating (air)flow is established within a cylindrical or conical container called a cyclone. Air flows in a helical pattern, beginning at the top (wide end) of the cyclone and ending at the bottom (narrow) end before exiting the cyclone in a straight stream through the center of the cyclone and out the top. Larger (denser) particles in the rotating stream have too much inertia to follow the tight curve of the stream, and strike the outside wall, then fall to the bottom of the cyclone where they can be removed. In a conical system, as the rotating flow moves towards the narrow end of the cyclone, the rotational radius of the stream is reduced, thus separating smaller and smaller particles.
An alternative cyclone design uses a secondary air flow within the cyclone to keep the collected particles from striking the walls, to protect them from abrasion. The primary air flow containing the particulates enters from the bottom of the cyclone and is forced into spiral rotation by stationary spinner vanes. The secondary air flow enters from the top of the cyclone and moves downward toward the bottom, intercepting the particulate from the primary air. The secondary air flow also allows the collector to optionally be mounted horizontally, because it pushes the particulate toward the collection area, and does not rely solely on gravity to perform this function.

VENTILATION SYSTEM
Industrial Ventilation is a method of controlling airbourne toxic chemicals, vapours etc. by exhausting contamianted air away from the working place and replacing it with clear air. Industrial Ventilation is typically used to remove welding fumes, solvents, vapours, oil mists or dust from work location.
Basically in case of dry air type ventilation, atmospheric air is taken inside the room through fan with filter & duct. The air is passed through louver and inside hot air of the room is exhausted with the help of suitable fan or gravity louver. Thus the temperature of the air inside the room is stabled at normal temperature.
In case of wet type, air is taken inside the room through filter and intake louver and passed through the air washer. Finally the air is driven with the help of a fan through duct, the air is then passed inside the room through a series of grills & diffusers. Here then the temperature of the room lower down to a degree of 3 C - 5 C than that of the outside temperature and exhaust the air same as dry type ventilation.
Humidification
Humidification system is artificially doing of humidity in the environment, Industrially, Specified Nozzle are used to raise humidity level without over fogging. The device is called humidifier which increases moisture in a room or in a point of use to arrest low humidity problem. Industrial Humidification system followed by fogging system through a grid of nozzles distributed through out the space with the help of no. of accessories / pipe fittings / ducts for dispersing moisture for any expanded coverage. There are several method of systems and followed as per requirement of the users but followed efficiently with cost effective choice & to achieve longer life.
De-Humidification
The De-Humidifier is a device which works to reduce humidity levels creating in a place / room. Here the fan in the comfortable environment unit pulls air from surround area which typically has high moisture level. When air passes through the humidifier, it touches the cooling coil which in turn pull moisture from air by lowering the temperature, This turns in to water droplet which are collected in an water tank. To remove moisture from air / gas, there are several types of De-humidification system as per requirement of the users.
Pulse Jet Bag Filters

Insert able Dust Collector
Cartridge collectors use perforated metal cartridges that contain a pleated, nonwoven filtering media. The pleated design allows for a greater total filtering surface area than in a conventional bag of the same diameter, The greater filtering area results in a reduced air to media ratio, pressure drop and also overall collector size. Cartridge collectors are available in single use or continuous duty designs. In single-use collectors, the dirty cartridges are changed and collected dirt is removed while the collector is off. In the continuous duty design, the cartridges are cleaned by the conventional pulse-jet cleaning system. In cassete type rectangular filter bags are used.
Insertable Bag Filters are suitable for direct mounting for bin vent, belt transfer point, bag-dump, mixer ventilation applications etc. The dust laden air is drawn on to the rectangular filter pads where dust is retained on the outside of the fabric. Operation :
The equipment utilizes kinetic energy to accomplish dust collection through the principal of impact. The contaminated gas stream is accelerated through a venturi shaped throat section and resulting reaching velocities between 9000 and 24000 feet per minute. Water introduced ahead of the throat is atomised by the high velocity gas stream and dust particles collide itselves and turned into tiny droplets.
The water laden gas removes through a flooded elbow before entering the cyclonic seperator tangentially where droplets are removed by centrifugal force and impingement.
Clean, droplet free air passes through the seperator outlet and thus slurry is drained off from the bottom.
Fume Extraction
Fume Extraction System is mainly used to ensure compliance with health and safety regulation of the employees in the work- place. The generated fumes, gases, dust-laden gas / fumes, odours, vapours etc. during the activities of the process against any products and systems are arrested. Suitable hood is selected / having suction ports in it wherefrom the fumes are collected / are taken out from the spot of generating points through damper duly pneumatically & electrically operated. The sucked volume of dust laden fumes is then transported through the suction point / points in to the filter bags of the bag filter system with help of suitable ID Fan. Here the dust-fumes is collected in the respective hoppers of the bag filter and gets heaped up there under gravity. The dust goes down & discharges through suitable rotary Air Lock Valves. The air inside the filter bags gets separated from the dust and it turn in to clean air and goes in to the atmosphere through stack/ chimney.
